With nearly three decades of experience in Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, Joe has built a strong foundation working with direct users, large enterprises, manufacturers, and value-added resellers. At Commerx, he drives inside sales while optimizing processes and strengthening vendor relationships, helping ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement to customer satisfaction. Joe is passionate about helping customers navigate a dynamic market with transparency and sound advice. He stays connected with evolving customer needs through regular participation in industry webinars, vendor events, and peer groups. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and attending a wide variety of concerts. One of his most adventurous experiences was travelling solo across Eastern Asia.
