Naylor, as an organization, lacked the IT staff to meet the needs of the business, so they sought out a full IT Managed Services provider to assist in maturing all parts of the IT infrastructure within the company.

Commerx currently manages Naylor’s entire physical and virtual mission critical production compute and storage infrastructure, as well as, all five remote office locations.
Commerx providing 24×7 monitoring, management and support of Naylor’s IT business infrastructure via our support center in Mississauga.
In addition to the managed service, Commerx has developed Naylor’s 5-year technology roadmap.
Commerx has successfully onboarded Naylor and completed network remediation, with upgrades where necessary to ensure that the infrastructure is foundationally sound.
Commerx designed and manages their Disaster Recovery and High Availability solution to meet Naylor’s industry auditors and customer requirements.
