LEADERSHIP PERSPECTIVE · COMMERX 4.2

EVOLVE is not about
changing who we are.
It is about becoming more.

What four decades of experience, a generational transformation and a relentless focus on business outcomes mean for Commerx customers and prospects.

When a company has been serving customers for more than four decades, transformation carries a special responsibility. You have to honour the trust that brought you here while building the capabilities customers will need next.

That is what EVOLVE means to me.

Commerx began in 1984, and the technology world has reinvented itself many times since then. We have helped customers through the rise of personal computing, client-server environments, the internet, virtualization, mobility, cloud and cybersecurity. Each era introduced new possibilities, new complexity and new questions about where to invest.

Now we are entering another defining period. Artificial intelligence is changing how businesses compete and how people work. Cyber threats are more persistent. Data is more valuable and more exposed. Infrastructure spans offices, data centres, clouds and the edge. Employees expect technology to work everywhere, and customers expect businesses to remain available no matter what happens.

At the same time, many organizations are carrying years of technology debt. Aging infrastructure, disconnected tools, manual processes, incomplete documentation and data silos make every next move harder. The issue is not simply technical. It affects cost, risk, productivity, resilience and the ability to turn AI ambition into something useful.

Our customers do not need more technology noise.

They need clarity. They need someone who can see the full technology picture, understand the business priority and help sequence the right moves.

That is the purpose of Commerx 4.2. EVOLVE is our commitment to become an even stronger technology growth partner, one that combines the relationship values Commerx was built on with the strategy, capabilities and accountability tomorrow's businesses require.

We are not abandoning four decades of experience. We are putting that experience to work in a new way.

This is also a generational transformation. I have been part of Commerx since 2008, and I have had the opportunity to learn the business from the inside, alongside the people, customers and partners who shaped it. As the next generation of leadership takes on greater responsibility, our job is not to preserve the past in place. It is to carry forward the best of Commerx and make it relevant to the challenges ahead.

The foundation remains the same: trust, responsiveness, technical depth and a genuine commitment to our customers. What is changing is how deliberately we organize those strengths around business outcomes.

Start with the outcome, then build the solution.

Customers rarely wake up wanting a new server, security product or management platform. They want to protect the business. Improve productivity. Modernize without disruption. Deliver a better network experience. Recover confidently. Put AI to work.

Those are business conversations first. The technology matters, but it must earn its place by advancing an outcome.

WHAT EVOLVE LOOKS LIKE FOR CUSTOMERS

Six connected capabilities.
One business conversation.

No technology challenge lives in isolation. We connect the decisions so progress in one area does not create risk or complexity in another.

A better technology partner stays accountable.

Our six solution portfolios are not separate aisles in a product catalogue. They are connected parts of the customer's operating environment. A modernization decision affects security. A network decision affects employee experience. A data decision affects AI readiness. A backup decision matters only if recovery works when the business needs it.

EVOLVE asks more of us. It means beginning with discovery, designing around the outcome, delivering with discipline and staying engaged as the environment changes. It means bringing the right technology leaders to the table without forcing every customer into the same answer. It means measuring our success through the progress our customers can see and feel.

For our customers, that should translate into fewer disconnected conversations, clearer priorities and one accountable partner who understands how the pieces fit together.

Built for today's pressure and tomorrow's possibility.

Business leaders are being asked to move faster while managing more risk. They have to protect what works today and create room for what comes next. They cannot modernize everything at once, but standing still is becoming more expensive.

We believe the answer is a practical, sequenced path forward. Address the most important business constraint. Build the right foundation. Prove value. Learn. Then keep moving.

That approach is just as relevant to a long-standing Commerx customer as it is to an organization meeting us for the first time. If you know us, EVOLVE is a promise that we will keep earning your trust. If you are new to Commerx, it is an invitation to experience what four decades of perspective can look like when combined with a fresh ambition for the future.

Commerx 4.2 is our next chapter, but the real measure of it will be what it helps our customers achieve.

Let's think bigger, move faster and win together.
