Jim joined Commerx in May 2016 and has been instrumental in transforming the Company into a fully Managed IT Services organization. Jim’s vision and leadership has helped Commerx align its capabilities to meet the rapidly changing business needs of its customers across different industry verticals.
As the President of Commerx, Jim believes that the customer centric approach is critical. Under Jim’s leadership, the Commerx team deliver best in class services by providing IT roadmaps to its customers that are directly in line with their own business roadmap.
Jim has proved adept in leading Commerx to execute go-to market strategies across multiple technology and multiple vendor platform, supporting its customer’s mission critical businesses. Jim prioritizes the operational excellence to make sure every customer touch point is first-class.
Jim’s corporate strength comes from his prior experiences from Bell Business Markets where he was leading large technology projects and customers.
Jim is a graduate of University of Ottawa. Outside of work, Jim spends most of his time with his teenage children supporting their activities.
